Roslyn Northwest Black Pioneers
From Maurice Blackson
Members of the Roslyn Northwest Black Pioneers talk about why they promote the history of Black pioneers in the Pacific North West in this footage from KOMO in 1998. The women speaking are members of the Craven family, who originally settled in Roslyn Washington before statehood. This footage has been restored and enhanced by Roger Evans of the Seattle Griot project with funds provided by the Washington State Legislature.
